Apartment in Surfers Century!

PICTURE: View from our balcony!
Well its official, we have finally moved in to our new apartment in Surfers Century. So far so good, Willy seems really nice and he mostly keeps to himself he plays his saxophone in his room pretty much all day. Its like a free concert all day long! The first night we stripped the room and cleaned it from top to bottom. It feels alot better now that things are atleast alot cleaner. The view from the balcony though is worth it completely. When we wake up in the morning we can see the waves splashing up on the beach. Its also really close for Glenn to walk to work so he can walk along the beach all the way.
On friday Glenn bought me a bike so i can ride to work. We got a really good deal, its a really nice bike and it came with a lock and helmet for only $120. So i will officially be riding to work as of tomorrow.
On saturday we were able to go in the hot tub and have a barbeque. The building has really nice facilities. All in all things are good, we are making some money and enjoying the coast. Hope all is well back home! Love you guys and miss you.
Love Jen and Glenn

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the e cards the kids enjoyed it. What a GREAT view!!!!!
I really liked Surfers. Only spent two days there though so you will come back knowing the full culture there. Once Glenn is back home and chained to a desk.....he will daydream of his carefree days walking to work on the beach. Enjoy every moment guys!!!!
Caits started school this week. She was a little scared but has made a few friends already. Although she can never remember their names. I had to pull Matthew out of preschool at Hope Lutheran because he hasn't even wanted to try and go potty. Everything happens for a reason and I am actually really enjoying coming back to the house....walking back from the school....not having to drive anywhere...and spending alone time with him. He has too many years ahead of him to be in school.
Scotts mom was here for 10 days and we just dropped her off at the airport this afternoon.
We spent our labour day monday out at Johnston Lake in Banff. Kids newest favorite spot. We've been there twice now....just so beautiful.
Gotta go....finale of Canadian Idol is on.

Yes I remember carrying groceries and carrying an umbrella and trying to switch hands with the heavy bag so it didn't slice your hand open :) But in Korea we had Monsoons... Glad to hear you are ok with your work. Do you get to sample the ice creams? That would be important for you to know... School is going well and we love you both,
Amanda and Stewart :)
